TIP: Using the third arrow
Most of the time, you will be using the first 2 arrows for designing and filling your design components with color or fabric or transparency. (Click here for more details on using the first two arrows.)
Just remember these tips:
Below is an example of a horizontal blind to which color has been applied. On the left, the color was applied using the second arrow (Select Direct). The second arrow allows you to discretely color portions of a grouped design, without having to take the design apart. This gives you the ability to totally custom color designs. You are not limited to pre-defined areas! You have complete design freedom - any color, any fabric, anywhere. On the right, the blind was filled using the third arrow (Select Direct Group). Notice that on the top right, you can fill all of the horizontal slats with a single click! This is because the horizontal slats have been specially grouped. Also, the vertical tapes were colored in a single click using the third arrow. You can custom color your designs without having to ungroup them.
