Eileen has
had a lifelong passion for fashion, interior design and
sewing, endeavors which she pursued on a personal basis.

After
graduating from Moravian College with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Psychology, with an emphasis on Industrial
Psychology, and completing additional business and
accounting coursework at Muhlenberg College, she
established a successful sixteen year career as a Vice
President of Commercial Lending with a major nationwide
bank. Ultimately, however, her interest in starting a
business and her love for design led to further studies
at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia and
the formation of her own design business focusing on
window treatments. While developing this venture, Eileen
recognized the lack of a computer-based tool for
designing window treatments which led her to collaborate
with Donna to develop the DreamDraper® system under the
umbrella of a new company, Evan Marsh Designs, Inc.
